This review has been a long time coming because it is difficult to fully capture how amazing the Music Space and its teachers are. My son showed an interest in drums pretty early. At three years old, I found that he was watching drum solos instead of cartoons. I called numerous music schools to see if anyone was able to work with him and generally the response was "he's too young, call back in a couple of years." I called the Music Space, and Mr. Justin took a chance - "bring him in, and if he's interested, we'll start... if not, we'll try again later" - and so, just before my son turned 4, he had started drum lessons. Our family has been with The Music Space since it opened (and before!) Justin and the other teachers are not only knowledgeable about music but are great with kids (and adults!) We were looking for a place that supports our children’s interests and The Music Space is amazing. I love that the teachers can teach multiple instruments and also encourage the students to perform in a variety of settings. I highly recommend The Music Space and encourage anyone on the fence to check them out!! You won’t be disappointed!

Our 6-year-old has been taking drum lessons with the Music Space for two years, and we absolutely love it. Justin and his team have created a supportive and fun environment for our son to grow his drumming skills, love for music, and seeing himself as part of a music community. It is so clear how much intention and effort is poured into this place. We highly recommend it!
