I made a small purchase online. There were issues with the vendor shipping to Lunchbox that item but Lunchbox kept me informed by phone and email throughout the process. Lunchbox went far beyond in order and reorder to get me the exact item I wanted. First class service!

5/5 would recommend for all pro audio needs. Great selection, fast shipping. The item I ordered was unavailable from most vendors but Lunchbox Audio had it in stock and at a better price to boot. Will do business with them in the future.
