Needed a replacement ribbon for one of my older Cascade mics. Pinnacle has taken over the manufacturing and repair for the old Cascade company. Great turnaround and the process was smooth as outlined on their website. Can't wait to get it back this week. Communication was great. Thanks Krista and company.

Pinnacle Microphones provided excellent repair service for my Cascade Fathead II Ribbon microphone. Not only did they repair and turnaround ship in only one day, the repair cost less than I anticipated! 100% recommend!
