★ 5 · Tyler ElsberryWe started our oldest daughter with Kendal at the age of seven for piano lessons. Over the past two years the growth that we have seen has been outstanding. She not only is a fantastic teacher, but also makes it fun and engaging for her, we have recently started our youngest daughter and she has been thriving as well. Both of our girls look forward every week to their lessons. We have never encountered a kinder or more compassionate instructor/role model for our daughters. I would recommend Kendal to anyone who is wanting to learn piano.

★ 5 · Chris LopezI’m an adult student with multi-instrumental experience in guitar, bass, drums, and ukulele. I’ve been studying piano with Kendal for a little over a year. My ability to play piano in one year has surpassed the self-taught progress I’ve made on other instruments in 14 years. The music theory, rhythm, and the ability to read sheet music, that Kendal has taught me has informed my ability to understand and play other instruments. Kendal’s 27 years of piano playing really shows with her deep knowledge of music theory, rhythm, and the historical context of any piece I throw her way. Her patience and teaching experience as a middle school music teacher shine when I struggle during a difficult part of a lesson.
