I sent my artist to this studio and the manager refused to give me an invoice. The manager explained to me that he keeps artists masters if they don’t pay and afterwards he refused to send me an invoice so that I can pay for my artist studio time. Instead he (manager:Joseph Ballard) has ignored me on several occasions so that he can have ownership of my artist masters. I asked several times to get an invoice and the manager Joseph Ballard explained to me that they don’t operate with contracts or legal forms. I explained to him that I am professional and wanted to conduct our working relationship in a professionalism manner and I demanded an invoice and other legal forms to protect my artist while working with the studio. He never obliged. This studio does NOT operate like a legitimate bu
