I took piano lessons at Chaska Music Studios for close to 8 years, and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Leslie, the owner, and Kacie, my instructor, have been so incredibly supportive of me throughout the years. Through Chaska Music Studios, I have played not only at studio-wide recitals, but at nursing homes, community center events, and fundraisers for Music Link at the Mall of America—all great experiences to put on my college applications. Kacie adapted our lessons to suit both my learning style and my playing style. In the later years, I often brought in my own pieces and began developing my improvisation skills. You can bet that I'm dragging my little electric piano along with me no matter where I go; after all, it's become an integral part of my life thanks to Chaska
