I took three of my guitars to SEE Music for Tom to work on them and, like many others have commented here, I experienced a transition in my instruments that I did not realize was possible. One of the instruments was a really old cheap acoustic (a life-journey instrument), another was a mid-range Taylor acoustic, and the third was a PRS S2 series electric -- All three of them came back sounding and playing better than ever. As many others have noted, Tom takes his time to explain what he does and why he does it. He listens to your requests carefully and executes with precision. The staff were very kind when I made the purchase of an electric guitar, but failed to mention the fact of there being no returns. I took the guitar home and didn't even touch it for the couple of days I had it. When I realized I needed the money for emergency funds, I looked up their return policy and it appeared to be 7 days. Thats if the item was still in original condition, which it was. I am very displeased with the fact that they did NOT tell me about the no refunds policy before purchase, and I would not have made this purchase if I knew this.

I called for a XLR cable for my PODCAST Sweet Berry Farm & Life and they had one! I arrived 5 minutes before close and they were mopping the floor. They were very nice and let me walk on the mopped floor with my winter boots on. The prices are pretty good! The cable worked great! I’ll be back!
