They had every book we were looking for, and an absolutely fantastic employee, named Lacey, helped us find everything we wanted, and even talked us into buying a few books we'd never heard of. The only reason I don't give it five stars, is because I have a bad knee and need to sit down and rest occasionally, and there was no seating compared to other B&N stores we've been to, so I had to spend the second half of our date sitting at the cafe while my partner shopped alone. ★ 3 · Ashley AllenOverall, I do like B&N and I'm glad that I have one fairly close by. However, from experiences with this store over the past few months, I can't give more than 3 stars. It's a mixed bag. 1. Pricing. I realize that the focus is on the in-person store experience, but I just can't justify paying full price for a book when it's available elsewhere for considerably less 9 times out of 10. And I'm not just talking about Amazon. Last week I picked up a newly released book at Target which was $10 less than at B&N. This seems to be typical. 2. Multiple times I've picked up books that were ordered online from the front desk and left before realizing they were blemished in some way (such as a bend in the cover). I now check every time before I leave. They seemed to try and clear books that someone wo

★ 5 · Dave ConradBarnes and Noble is a store that offers many forms of media. Number one is books. They have the best selection of music on vinyl and CD in town. Every section is smartly posted and fun to browse. There is also a sit down coffee shop. The help is cheerful and helpful.
