Owner was very personable and replaced my guitar strings after I broke one (he suggested replacing them all since they hadn't been touched in years). Swift service, friendly conversation, low pressure situation. We bought a ukelele for my toddler daughter's upcoming birthday on the way out and I'm excited for her to "play" it. This shop has been here since 1955 and I hope it stays here on Mainstreet forever.

A great place for private music lessons! The store owners were happy to connect us with us with the right instructor for our son, who meets us in the practice hall. Be aware the hall is super narrow and clearly not ideal for someone to wait during a lesson, and has all the aged charm of a 1960s music store, bit we appreciate this business!
