If I could give Zero stars I would !! It has been around 10 years since visiting this location. Previous experience went exceptionally well , This experience not so much. I walked in to ask for directions as they had moved locations, luckily the first spot I walked in was the correct location. I walked in happy to speak with whoever was there. I spoke with the owner (Female) I tried describing previous experience at other location. I could not even finish due to owner (Female)correcting me simply because I said she instead of directly mentioning her as who I dealt with. Owner (Female) did not look like who I dealt with in the past so this prompted me to use she. Instead of talking and trying to get my business because I had every intention to purchase or find a saxophone. Owner (Female)was

Lance is the coolest guy I've ever dealt with in music gear. Very knowledgeable, very fair, and super hospitable. Done business here for several years and will continue to do so. Most amazing shop around by far!

We have used them for our musical needs for years. Tracy and Lance will do all they can to help you with your instruments, musical supplies and music lessons. Tracy also tutors math, and has been a valuable part of my kids being successful in their math class. I highly recommend giving them a try.
