Veterans day 2025 I went in to see if they had a amp. They had amp I was looking for but guitar center is running Veterans day sale. So I asked a gentleman behind the counter if they did military discount or had a Veterans day sale. The gentleman shoot is head no with a look of disgust, my wife saw the look in his face and immediately wanted to leave. I understand if you don't do such things but no reason to treat potential customers that way.

All I can say is WOW. This place has amazing customer service. I had to get new strings on my acoustic guitar and they even polished it and cleaned every part of it. I recommend this place for all of the musical needs of everyone. They made me feel like family and I loved every second of my time there.
