I would give 17 out of 5 stars but I can't. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring staff. If I tried to list all the positive experiences I've had here and the amount of times they have went above and beyond my expectations, it would be enough for a book. I customize and work on guitars myself but I still will bring some projects to them, not because I can't perform the task required but because of the quality, affordability, and speed of their service. I also have to mention that it's not just about making money to them, they take pride in what they do and will be honest with you even if that means that they make less money off of you. They have saved me money multiple times when they didn't have to and on a particular occasion I went to them to have pickups swapped in a guitar. I brought i

I brought my guitar to Dan for a full setup, and his work is exceptional. He dialed in the neck relief, lowered the saddle just right, and balanced everything so the guitar plays clean across the entire fretboard. Strings feel smooth and responsive now, and there’s zero buzz even when I strum hard. Dan’s craftsmanship and precision are the real deal. I couldn't recommend him any higher for not only his service but the best demeanor I've ever seen in a gutair shop. If I lived around Narezeth PA, I'd still have him work my gutair.

I had a great experience with Patterson's Music & Jewelry! I needed a replacement wedding band, and they made the entire process simple and stress-free. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick with helping me find the perfect ring. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend!
