KJ - Kelvin - KC or whatever his name was very nice when I called for a studio session. But when it was time for me to come, he didn't answer nor respond to my text. Then out of no where, this fool told me to cash app him $150 for a no call no show. Then he said he was out of town on vacation. But when I drove by his studio Tuesday, I saw two cars outside. WOW!!!! Thank you Jesus Christ for revealing this man business practices and character.

I highly recommend KJ and the 16 Bars Recording Studio.. very professional highly courteous and extremely talented. I love the creativity that was added to our video as well as the ambiance within the actual studio. My favorite part of the experience was the expedient turn around of the works completed by KJ, the owner/engineer. Thank you again 16 Bars we look forward to working with you all again very soon.

Great place to record! Atmosphere is relaxed and good for creativity. The engineer, KJ, is one of the best in the recording industry and the best I've worked with thus far! He's professional and very prompt. Great mixing and mastering and can match your speed at recording when you're working with him. So if you move kind of slow, he's just matching your work ethic. But, if you're advanced at recording as an artist, he's capable to match your work ethic as well! I have three albums out and all of them were recorded at 16 Bars and came out great! Highly recommended!
