Very responsive and personal. They've helped me learn every step of the processes of getting my music mastered as well as recording songs with them. I've yet to go in for a session but I've made beats and sent them in, I've been more than happy with what I was sent back as well as some of my guitar mixes coming back killer. It's a really confidence booster to know I can just be creative and make what I want and send it to them and they'll make it beautiful for me.
