My first interaction with the Voice Suite business owner was great. I got a good feeling about the product. He was really good about explaining how it worked and how it would look and what I could expect. I was told the timeframe I should expect to see my booth in was about 10 to 12 weeks. As I got closer to the time frame that I should’ve received my booth, the communication went downhill. I was told the shop where my booth was being built was destroyed by flood damage. There were some construction issues with the new facility. All of this was very frustrating I started to get nervous that I was never going to see my booth and I was never going to see the $3600 I paid. I ordered my VoiceSuite 10/1/22 and received it on 1/5/23. When I ordered it, the website did say there is a 8+ week lead time, so the delivery timing was on par. The booth itself is exceptionally made with quality craftsmanship and the sound isolation is top notch. There were some discrepancies on the website, and at times the communication was lacking but at others, it was stellar. Given that this is a small business that ramped up post-Covid, they get a pass and I’m sure they’re working to sort through any growing pains and customer service. I recommend this business/product, but I also recommend managing your expectations on timing of delivery and communication.

I didn't want to make this but I feel I am left with no other option. I don't want anyone else to go through this like I did. I ordered my booth June 18, 2022. I have almost wait a year for this booth when I was told it would be 10-12 weeks. I am tried of almost every email I send being ignored and only getting an automated response that doesn't help. I'm not asking for instant replies but at least a reply that answers my questions and concerns at some point. I don't know if I will ever get my booth and nor have I really even seen it only a picture of the corner of it. I feel anytime it was close to being sent to me something came up like supply shortage, shipping company strike, damage to there building which some of those issues were known to them and not told to me until after I ordered
