As someone who hates sand more than almost anything else in this world, I was admittedly skeptical when I heard about the Sandy Music concept at Local Boy Recording Studios. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the beachy vibes and talented musicians more than made up for any gritty discomfort. I do wish they had bathroom sand cleaner though, as I had to spend an uncomfortable amount of time trying to get the sand off my shoes and out of my clothes. But even with that minor inconvenience, I still had an incredible time at Local Boy Recording Studios. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique recording experience with a relaxed, beachy atmosphere. Just be prepared to deal with a little bit of sand. T.H.
