Jake was incredible and helped me get a warranty on my Gator electric bass flight case. He was patient and seamlessly troubleshooted the refund, and even shipped the replacement case to my home address rather than picking up. Super impressed with their customer service.

My Man Clay is awesome! He went above and beyond helping me fix a used amp I purchased a while ago- very glad I got the warranty. It's kinda a rare amp. Clay helped me way more than he was required to- he made sure they serviced my amp (rather than give me store credit) and helped me get it to where it needed to be. Very grateful for his help!
