★ 1 · JC McDamaged Product Help***** Hello, I hope this wil reach someone at Centricity Music. I have emailed, called(number is disconnected??) and now writing a review to try and get a person to respond to my request to get a replacement record. We opened it up a couple of days ago and the packaging was in good shape, but the record is warped or a bad pressing. The first few inches on the outer ring does not play, but rather jumps around. It plays great on the inner rings though. I would like to get this replaced please. I did give a couple weeks time for the holidays, but no response is still no response.
