Since 2010 I've been using WTS as a blank media printer. The workmanship and quality of the media itself is great, and the prices can't be beat. However, twice now out of the 8 orders I've placed with them, my order has been fulfilled incorrectly. Rather than the printed DVD-Rs I ordered I've received printed CD-Rs. Last time this happened (2010) I was made to pay for a reprint onto the proper media (at reduced cost). Seeing as how it's just happened again, even if I get my DVDs printed and shipped back at no cost to me, I can no longer afford to keep missing deadlines due to faulty printing. I will be satisfying my printing needs elsewhere going forward.

I can't rave enough about the service, product quality and value I received from WTS Media. I am so happy I went with them and will definitely use WTS in the future. First of all, I was getting a small batch of CDs reproduced. Just 100. Most large duplication companies were going to charge me almost $300 including shipping. I paid $120 with WTS and was able to skip shipping because I could pick up locally at their office. My sales rep was fantastic. I had questions about the design and the three times I called the customer service department, I talked to someone immediately or received a phone call/follow-up email back within an hour.
