I attended music school with Simone. Even then, she was an incredible pianist. I had not seen Simone in several years and a few years ago, one of our guitar students was performing on a recital she organized. I will never forget someone on the audience had a medical emergency during the recital and an ambulance had to be called. From stage, Simone put her Alexander technique breathing exercises into use and called herself and her students. She then proceeded to direct the concert with with reassuring leadership. Frequently, I am asked to give recommendations for a piano or violin teacher. I recommend Simone. She does a lot for our music community. She hasn’t seen me in years but I want her to know her example stands out to me and she has been a positive example to me.

Simone Parker of Sparkling Keys and Strings is a phenomenal piano instructor. I've taken lessons from her for the last three months and her intelligence, experience, and personality are ideally suited for teaching at all levels. I'm an adult learner with no former piano experience. From the beginning, Simone tailors her teaching to the student, adjusting to the needs of each individual. I would highly recommend Simone for learners of all ages.

We feel very fortunate to have Ms. Parker as our kids' piano teacher. She is professional, patient, and skilled at working with children of all ages. She connects well with both younger and older students, making lessons enjoyable and productive. Ms. Parker explains clearly what each child needs to work on and offers practical ways to improve. For example, my son has a posture issue, and she consistently and kindly reminds him to maintain proper posture while playing. We have seen great progress and are grateful for her dedication. Highly recommended!
