★ 5 · Barbara ParkinsonThis is a great local art and gift gallery. They also carry ballet and Irish dance shoes and danceware along with music book and supplies for band instruments. Such a nice place for showcasing the arts. They also have art shows and events, artists meet ups, and classes.

★ 5 · Aaron HurleyI love Paula. What a caring and compassionate person. Her store caters to the arts and is essential to this area. It's nice to know that students have a place to come to locally to get the band, dance, and art supplies available. Her instrument repair man, Kelly, "For the Love of Brass", located in Erwin, is amazing at what his does, he's meticulous and an expert for all of your repair needs. Thank you Paula for having a dream and filling the needs of so many people in this area.

★ 5 · Megan NaumanWe love August Muse for all of our dance wear and piano music needs! August Muse has exactly what our ballet studio requires the students to wear. They even fitted my daughter's ballet shoes while we were in the store. They also have music we need for piano lessons. I also love to stop in for a cup of the tea she sells--grown near Asheville. It's the freshest, cleanest tea I've had in this area.
