I’ve been studying guitar with Lance for over 5 years and can attest to his patience and very positive attitude. He is very knowledgeable about numerous musical genres so you can learn the music you like—the songs you enjoy and will be motivated to practice. Lance doesn’t talk or play the whole class, he listens. He finds those areas for improvement or ways to simplify the complicated and that's what he teaches. Learning the guitar takes time and determination but mostly a love to learn. Lance provides lessons where you will love to learn.

Lance is first a fantastic guitarist, secondly he is an amazing teacher. He is able to keep my child engaged and challenged while they learn. Even as a remote student I get to experience my child's progression and growing interest in music.

My son has been taking lessons from Lance for over a year now. When he started playing guitar he could hardly string 2 cords together, now not only can he play full songs but he can teach himself new songs as well. He used to get very frustrated when trying to practice or learn something new, now he is confident and will play for hours without even being asked. They developed a friendship and he always has fun at his lessons. Lance is super accommodating and has reworked our schedule multiple times. I would highly recommend Lance if you or your child is interesting in playing.
