EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!At first was very excited they had a coupon for oil change,tire rotation,and front end alignment at a great price.Well they changed the oil but could not do the alignment because I needed new tie rod and idler bar.I had asked Rick if I got those fixed if he would still honor the coupon(for the alignment that did not get done at that time) he told me for 30 days.(this was on wed Aug 12).So over the weekend. I get the parts fixed.Took it in on Mon.Aug 17.To have the alignment done.I left my vehicle, the front girl was nice enough to take me to work, I call to pick it up and then Rick informs me that I would have to pay 49.95 for the alignment AFTER they had already done it!Reminded him of what he had said.He told me I still had to pay it.I told him I did not get paid

Spent 50$ for a diagnostic, explicitly told me the alternator was working fine, four hours later after other repairs it magically stopped working. Tried to charge me for a new one. Take your business elsewhere, they certainly arent as honest as they should be.
