★ 5 · Nathanael MakoolI was ignored mostly. Then the man asked if I needed help and then proceeded to help someone else. Made me feel like spending 900 dollars on a guitar was not enough to be paid attention to. I bought the guitar but no thanks to the people at the store. They were cordial but didn't seem that interested in the customer or at least in me.

★ 5 · Jason SpencerIts a franchise but guitars are guitars and they have a lot of them. Their hands on policy is a sure win. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. May they never close their doors. ......
