It's in a residential neighborhood, but you will be impressed with studio and Scott (the sound engineer). The studio has an excellent live room, with an incredible atmosphere, which really helps one to get into the place needed to record. Scott is encouraging, knowledgeable and patient. He's as chill as the room you play in.
