Matt is an amazing producer. This was my first time recording in a real studio with the band I play drums for, The Dear Misses. And he did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He cares about your art and does everything to bring the best out in your playing and your project. I can not recommend Matt at Avenue Record Company for your next musical project!

My band, Parvenu, chose to go with Avenue Record Company after checking out several studios around the Kansas City area, including million dollar studios. What sold it for us was the final product that Matt had produced before. Matt's skill is on par with industry leaders, and the quality he turns out is indistinguishable (or better) from those in surrounding studios. His laid back attitude also helps relax artist and musicians from feeling like he wants to get people in and out. A musician himself, he also help shape what you're doing to get you to your ultimate vision. All of this while maintaining rates that blow the competition out of the water! I loved my experience working with Matt at Avenue Record Company. He was incredibly cautious to be sure that the project was exactly what we wanted at every step of the process.
