Like many other reviewers have mentioned, MW is extremely accommodating and provides a simple (as much as possible for high end audio equipment), turn key product. I would consider my context a particularly difficult one because I was the primary consult on our end, am new to the organisation, had not overseen a sound system install before, and didn’t have access to information about some of the electrical/wiring that would have been helpful for his team. We ended up having to add some additional work not included in the bid and leaning on Mike to consult in areas beyond what we had contracted. He exercised great flexibility, ingenuity, and patience to make sure we ended the day with a sound system we were happy with. The install took a total of three days including removing seven wall-mou
