We love Adam!! My 7 year old has been taking guitar lessons and is part of his student band for about 9 months. He is amazing!! He is extremely gifted at tuning into the music my son loves to play and finding ways to simplify it just enough for him to learn. He is endlessly patient and calm when working with young kids who are easily distracted . Adam also has a great sense of fun. Patrick doesn't event realize he's "learning" because he is having such a great time and my husband and I are blown away by how quickly he is advancing! Often times, he plays his guitar all the way home in the car and refuses to put it away at bedtime when Adam has found yet another great riff or song for him to learn that he's crazy about. I have been taking song writing classes from Adam Beck for around four years and it is one of the best parts of my week. Adam is an extraordinary teacher -- so knowledgeable about all aspects of music creation, theory, production and marketing, a phenomenal guitarist and such a warm, patient, kind and charismatic instructor. When I started taking lessons from him, I was very new to the field and experimenting with different types of musical styles while also trying to learn how to create memorable and moving songs and also learning to sing. I have been taking piano and song writing for approximately 6 months with Adam Beck. He is such a pleasure to work with. He is very talented and extremely patient. Not only is he a great musician, he is an amazing teacher! Also, Adam is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. I look forward to my lessons! I could not ask for a better teacher and mentor!
