If I could rate them a negative number I would, they don't even deserve the one star Absolutely horrible, avoid this business at all costs. The owner is rude, accused me of being 3 months late, told me to return the instrument or he was going to send my account to collections, when I sent him proof that i wasn't 3 months late, he didn't even respond. When I went in today to return the instrument he again tried to tell me that I still owed a payment. I refused to pay because I was returning his instrument and then he decided to tell me that it was a mistake. Do not use this business!! I have never been treated so horrendous in my life

Currently taking guitar lessons from a knowledgeable instructor at Eureka Music. I have always had a great experience while shopping Eureka Music. They always had what I needed and treated me well…Reasonable prices, lay a way programs etc. I suggest everyone to stop in and say hi and check things out..
