An absolute hidden gem. I can't say enough how much I love this shop. Old red brick historic building. Beautiful acoustic room full of Martin guitars. Awesome electric guitars. A fully capable repair shop, every bit as nice as something like Mass Street Music in Lawrence. Everyone here is really nice as well. I'll be happily giving these guys my money for all my future guitar needs. Glad I found this place.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Ethan is always patient and incredibly helpful. He's also a natural teacher. I never feel any judgement here whatsoever. I recently brought in a dinky soprano ukulele (purely sentimental value) to be repaired by Jace and was met with professionalism. As a female, entering guitar shops can be intimidating. However, this place is warm, homey (absolutely love seeing a dog in the shop) and is devoid of elitism. There's something magical and deeply comforting about a guitar shop on the river. Also love that they carry Romero instruments.

Jace and the entire crew at Bentley Guitars, are absolutely amazing. I have total trust that Jace will do the best work possible, and do everything in his power to keep things affordable. I consider him my guitar Dr., for most of my repairs, both acoustic and electric.
