Orders take months to receive. Audio & video is very poor quality. My kid was cut off in the video multiple times. Save your money!!! Ignore the "please no recording as we we have a professional company recording" and record it yourself. You'll do a better job and get your kid in the video.

I wish I would’ve done research on this company before I paid for my daughters first KMEA All State Elementary Choir performance(2025). The performance was in February and now it’s almost August and I still have not received my purchase of the video performance. I am not receiving any return emails acknowledging anything. I’d have been better off just throwing my money away. I have every intention to contact KMEA about their partnership with this fraudulent company.

Be prepared to wait. I see the website does now say please wait 60 days for the recording so I changed my previous review from one star to three.
