This studio is magical. From the moment you walk in the doors you know, you feel it, you hear it, you smell it. It’s the type of studio that breathes in creativity and allows you to get into a flow state. I first came to GHR in December of 2024 for a live session and immediately fell in love. I knew I needed to come back here to record my bands next full length. One year later, during the first week of Dec 2025, we were back for a full week to track our new 9 song record. I could not have been happier with the results. It was one of those sessions that flowed from the get go. Ghost Hit Recording Studios I really have only wonderful things to say about Ghost Hit Recording Studio. I arrived in mid-December, the week before Christmas, for a week long recording session. The first day I was welcomed by Andrew Oedel, the engineer and owner. The studio is beautiful and cozy, housed in the upper level of an old church. It’s a beautiful room for creating music and it made for a magical week of recording songs for my new album. All the equipment was fantastic, and I loved the quality of the rough mixes that were created that week. Andrew, as engineer is attentive and always looking for the best capture of sound and making sure everyone has what they need in the recording process. we spent two days at GHR and had the most incredible, productive, and profoundly beautiful time with owner/engineer Andrew. the care and quality that went into these recordings are evident with how great they sound from tracking at GHR, but also thanks to Andrew's top-notch mixing skills. the studio itself is beautiful and provided us with everything we needed to get an album done and have a comfortable place to rest in one of the studio apartments. believe me when I say that we can't wait to get back to GHR for more sessions with Andrew! 10/10 experience!
