This is a music institute that allows Air b&b renting on the off season. I have stayed here since November 2025 and am still here. I believe I can stay here until through March 2026. It’s been a pleasure to stay here, the staff is top-notch and friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. You won’t find a better value anywhere (I stayed at a hotel in Concord for a month and it is expensive anywhere but this is a great value here) and the place is phenomenal! My suite is well appointed and furnished. You can get a suite with one bedroom and a kitchen or a two bedroom with a kitchenette/microwave. The beds are so comfy! Well maintained and any maintenance issue is dealt with promptly. There’s a washroom and pool table/ping pong table that is free to the residents. I can’t believe more people do

What a beautiful location and venue !! The pig roast was great and so was the entertainment. If your ever in Boscawen you should definitely check it out! The staff is amazing especially Aby, Ashley and Lacey!!!!

I haven't been there yet but I heard from others that it is paradise on earth. It looks amazing!
