★ 1 · Joe QualeyHas some fairly unique used gear that makes it a fairly interesting shop. Both times I've been inside, though, the owner has been condescending and rude to either myself or other customers. I'd give it 4 stars for selection and negative -4 stars for customer service if I could. There are a couple other nearby music shops that are much more worth your time, especially if you're an unfamiliar beginner or need some help from someone behind the counter.

★ 3 · connorDon't get me wrong, great place to get guitar stuff. But they won't let you try out guitars unless you're buying. Never happened anywhere else before, EVER, so this is strange. Great place for strings, cables, and such, but go somewhere else to try out a guitar. Kind of unacceptable tbh this is a first

★ 1 · Forrest PerkinsI’ve come in many times simply because it’s one of the only options around, it’s always been a poor experience. Here are some examples: charging way more than market value for some items, making me wait 20 minutes at the counter before he’d acknowledge me to take a private phone call, telling me an audio interface I was looking at only works with iPads (currently plugged into my laptop so clearly not true) and then directed me to his most expensive alternatives, and finally staring at my fiancée for so long she left the store and refuses to come back because of how uncomfortable she was. If you need gear today it’s okay but you’ll be much better buying online.
