★ 3 · Kurtis BrandI can’t hate on guitar center as they fill a need and generally have what I’m looking for. The guitars get no love there at all poor things. It’s generally guys walking around trying to score a commission but they’re really nice and helpful. Great in a pinch and to play some nice gear.

★ 5 · ColbyI've been coming to this guitar center for almost 10 years and when I say they are absolutely THE BEST... I mean it. There isn't a single associate in there that isn't willing to go to the fullest extent to figure out whatever you need. Highly recommend. If you make music, bring your business here.

I called and a really nice guy named Christopher tried to help me but wasnt sure if they could get the guitar because they had to contact the manufacturer. I called later in the day around 6 to ask them if they could contact them to see if they could order this guitar. A sales manager picked up and sounded like he did NOT want to help or speak with me, sounded annoyed at my inquiry. I'm trying to give you business...but now Brians guitars in Cheshire got it. They checked on the spot if they could order the guitar and they did. I put a deposit down and its on the way. I wasnt looking for an immediate solution. I was willing to wait for you to get back to me, there was no rush, but the interac
