Michelle and Vance Shepherd are experts in their field having spent many years in the professional music world! I had never played the keyboard until I started taking lessons at the Shepherd School of Music a little over a year and a half ago. The progress I have made because of taking lessons with Vance has been incredible! I have the opportunity to play often in very large venues. Since this is a faith-based school, Michelle and Vance invest in the spiritual development of their students as well. Young musicians not only grow in their musical skill but also their faith! The Shepherd School of Music is AWESOME!

More than just lessons! My 15 yr old daughter has been having an amazing experience taking singing and guitar lessons at Shepherd Studios. They take time each week to delve into technical strategies that have tremendously improved her sound. Through their tutelage she has gained a spot on the worship team at our church and not just leveled up in her technique, but also gained friendship, a new level of accountability and responsibility. I love seeing her involved doing something she loves with her whole heart and trust these Shepherds to lead her well. So very thankful to have found this safe place for her to grow.

Exceptional, organized, high quality, faith-based studio. We love Shepherd Studios and the light that they are for Jesus! If you are looking for a studio that is encouraging, challenging, and can take your skills beyond what you ever thought possible, then this is the studio for you. Our kids were trained here for about four years, and we were amazed at the teaching and growth they experienced. The opportunity here is endless, and they have such a heart to see their students grow musically and spiritually. We are forever grateful for our experience with Vance & Michelle.
