I've known Helga for many years, and when asked for personal recommendations to other teachers in the Madison area, Helga is the first person that comes to mind. Helga sets the bar high and you can expect that her students will vastly benefit from her high caliber of training/teaching. She does not accept less than what her students are capable of; something every teacher should aspire to hold as an attribute. I highly recommend Helga to act not only as your chosen professional music educator, but as a personal mentor to your kids. Wonderful with both adults and children.

Helga is a fantastic music teacher! She is an excellent musician and really knows her stuff! My kids had her as a Kindermusik teacher and they loved her. If we lived closer, I would have them take piano from her! I highly recommend checking out her studio!

Helga is a delightful piano teacher. Our daughter started taking lessons with her when she was 7 years old. She is now 14 and has learned so much and has developed into a beautiful piano player. Helga’s encouraging and supportive teaching style has brought our daughter a lot of joy and appreciation for piano music and theory. The biannual recitals she holds are fun, and a wonderful way for students to showcase their piano skills and build confidence. Helga is one of a kind!
