Very frustrating customer service to rent an instrument. One employee was efficient and the other (who helped us) did not know what to do. The knowledgeable employee was fairly rude to our employee, which was quite uncomfortable. It was very frustrating just waiting while the one employee helped multiple families and we stood there. Not sure why she didn't step in to assist, rather than simply critique the other worker. I was excited to support a local, Milwaukee business, but this was an unpleasant experience.

This place is amazing! They were able to fix my son's trumpet the same day I brought it in and they were half the price that other stores quoted me at. Highly recommend!!
