Jake’s love of music is evident in both his playing and teaching. My 5th grade daughter began piano lessons with Jake a little over 8 months ago and I have been thoroughly impressed with the progress she is making. Jake focuses not only on the how of playing music, but also the why of music theory. While we are there to learn the piano, he has also allowed my daughter to explore other ways of making music. I would recommend Jake again and again to anyone interested in music lessons.

Jake Spinella is a great music teacher! He engages my son, Vinnie, in a way that he learns the music but also enjoys going to piano lessons! Who can say that? It’s not the boring piano lessons that we remember as a child where you are just doing scales. Jake understands that kids have to like what they’re doing to keep doing it and uses programs that engages the kids where they are learning too! Makes learning fun. Jake is also very accommodating with our schedule.
