★ 1 · Stephen WorshamSince acquisition from Fender - Presonus customer service truly sucks. I am a long-time customer, and I don't think I have ever seen such negligance for allowing customers to contact a company. Not only that, but the various web sites are thoughtlessly devised. it appears, that in the quest for profit margin, where Presonus is concerned, Fender simply doesn't care for customer satisfaction. I have two Fender instruments in my guitar collection. News flash - Fender's apparent attitude towards Presonus customers is leading me to believe I will never do businuss with Fender, or Presonus again.

★ 2 · Magnetic FilmActually a great company with innovative products since Fender took over. Studio One 7 is becoming a catastrophe in therms of software quality and at the support working only people they can't read and blocking every mistake that they did in their products and give you the blame. So thank you and goodbye for ever.

★ 1 · Oki (Superneutrino)Avoid! What a sad and disappointing experience. I got their bestsellers 1st gen Eris BT 3.5 monitors to be my computer speakers, without knowing their monitors have hardware design flaw. They were cheap but I am not audio professional but a enthusiast and hobbyist. Monitors stopped working after power shutdown, same as to hundreds of other people on internet. Incidentally, that happened right after warranty expired. That's some classic case of planned obsolesce. That's a waste of my time, my money, and waste for environment. Service out off warranty would cost close to new Gen2 speakers. Now, should I buy them again. No. I don't think I will buy anything Presonus again.
