★ 1 · Jonathan SiegristAbsolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. I ordered a Subwoofer, they sent me a speaker (wrong item). I immediately asked for an exchange - but now the original item I had ordered was double in price suddenly... or wait never mind it's on the website but they don't have it at all they said. Their email communication was terrible / non existent. I right away sent back the incorrect unit they sent me, tracking showed that it arrived (their return label not mine), but despite me repeatedly asking them what the status was, they NEVER refunded my card (also no email response). So eventually I stopped payment on my CC, and now they are trying to dispute my claim... Totally a joke over here. So many great places to spend your money, this is not one of them.

★ 1 · Gus SANDOVALI was calling around to find the best price on some speakers. The owner quoted me a price but I had a better deal elsewhere. He then stated for me to bring him the invoice and he would do a better price. So I went there cause the price he texted me was a great deal, he backed off and said no. As I turned around to walk away him and his wife started talking in their language and sounded really upset. Very disrespectful. So I just went next door to Hollywood DJ where the staff is awesome and got a killer deal. I will never step foot in that establishment ever again. I wish I could give it a zero star rating. At least it wasn't a complete waste of time
