I hired Tyrell Urquhart of God Made Creative Studios and paid several hundred dollars for a music production project. Unfortunately, the experience has been highly unprofessional and disappointing. After receiving payment, Mr. Urquhart stopped responding to my calls and messages and has not delivered the agreed-upon work. Throughout our limited interactions, he also refused to follow clear creative direction and became increasingly difficult to communicate with. This lack of professionalism and accountability reflects poorly on his business. Clients deserve transparency, respect, and follow-through, especially when funds have been paid in good faith. Working with Lee Urquhart was one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences I’ve ever had. We paid him to create a song a specific way, with clear direction and clear expectations. But once he received the money, everything changed. He refused to make the song the way we asked, ignored what we paid for, and tried to force his version on us instead. What made it worse was the way he handled the situation. His bullying tactics, dismissive attitude, and complete lack of respect made the entire process feel hostile and unfair.
