I'll start the review with 3 stars for the friendly service and willingness to help from the staff. This is more than half the battle for me. The two missing stars is because I came in looking for guitar strings and was sold the incorrect set of strings despite showing the staff member a photo of the guitar with the name of it. When I called to explain the mistake, I was assured I could come in and exchange the strings for the right set only to drive there and the strings not be in stock. Really want to support local businesses but ordeals like this make it tough.

We had a music event in town and one of my students got her swab stuck in her oboe. Todd was nice enough to drive down to the civic center and help out at no charge. Thank you so much for helping in this stressful situation!
