John's been an expert recording engineer and producer in Colorado for a long time, and he really, really knows what he's doing. He's a creative force in the studio and if you bring your project to him, he WILL make it amazing. We've recorded 3 EPs with him and the results have been fantastic. He also knows all of the top players and engineers in the state and will not steer you wrong if you need additional supporting personnel for your project. Oh yeah--and an absolutely lovely human being as well! Can't recommend Cinder Sound highly enough!

★ 5 · Alais ClayAmazing gem for studio recording in Longmont! Super pro equipment from the different recording mics to choose from, to the different house instruments and all the boards, this place is a hidden treasure. Chris that I got to work with on my music projects, took his time to test which mic worked best with my vocal tone and was very easy to work with and gave good honest feedback during takes which I super appreciate to get the best takes possible. Highly recommend these guys for studio recording in Longmont!
