I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Don, David and Paula at Q Systems Music & Sound. We were throwing a 100th Birthday Party for my Grandma in Hobbs and needed a PA system. We are from Las cruces so it had been a bit difficult to line things up from there. David was very helpful over the phone and helped us nail down exactly what we would be needing. In store, Don was VERY knowledgeable and walked us through how to operate and use the equipment. Paula was very polite, kind and showed great customer service ✌😊. Above and beyond, Don even worked with us on the return of the equipment even on his day off along with his lovely wife, thank you for your time! And when I forgot my ID on the counter, obviously in too much of a hurry, they mailed it to me here in Cruces. 🙌🙌 The experience was

I'm not from Hobbs, New Mexico, Ijust moved here from San Antonio, TX. I Had found their website online and proceeded to call the business, I believe the phone must had rang barely even one time before a very polite gentleman answered me, I told him about some issues I was having with some musical equipment I had recently purchased elsewhere, not only did him and the owner help me, but they even explained to me what the causes were! They could have (but they didn't) totally manipulated me into paying for stuff I didn't need, just like many mechanic shops will do to people for example, but not this business! I'm missing my way bigger hometown yes, but I'm totally loving the way this place does business and actually listens & genuinely cares about your issues & helps you in any way possibl

I love this place, I do wish there was a full drum set up inside though that would be cool to see someone jamming out or to even be able to go in there and learn little by little til I could afford some. I'm really loving music the more and more I dive into it!
