Ralph Baca and Brent th store managers were extremely helpful. I ordered late for Christmas delivery. They went out of their way to accommodate us with our purchase. The entire staff is excellent. Its great to know that they value their customers. Thank you Guitar Center?

I called ahead of time if this place would be buying guitars currently and I spoke with Brent and informed him that I was coming from Santa Fe, I finally make it and wasn’t greeted by anyone or asked if I needed help and that’s ok it was busy I understand that, so I show him my guitar and he says how old is this and I tell him it’s like early 2000’s and he doesn’t say anything he goes to test it and says it doesn’t play and hands me the guitar back and says it could be the battery and I ask do you have any and he sells me a 2 pack and I thought it was only fair to buy it to see if it works he then puts the batteries in the guitar and goes to test it after a few mins he goes to the back of the store with my guitar doesn’t say anything at all I wait about 10 to 15 mins and he comes back and

Huge shout out to literally every guy working here. Never once had a need to go to a Guitar Center before, but with a legit DJ gig on the horizon I had to get familiarized with audio routing right quick. Every single staff member was knowledgeable and taught me things to become a more professional DJ, just in between their other cashier duties. Extremely grateful for the people here getting me what I need, not just getting me to buy something for the sake of it. I’ll literally be back as soon as I have a question, regardless of whether I need another cable! So glad you guys are here!!
