Awesome place! Went in for drum sticks and left with a kitten! The only place in ruidoso where you can get an oil change, guitar and a cat in one place. But in all seriousness the owner was super nice and they had what I needed. He said he was good at guitar repairs so I’ll keep that in mind for the future. They ended up finding some stray kittens at their workplace so as I was leaving they asked if I wanted a kitten. My husband (who waited outside in the car) was pretty shocked when I came out with drum sticks AND a kitten. Anyway, DrumStick is now a part of our family and we love her.

Scored some strings for my electric guitar, a new cord for my amp, and a soft/bendy pink pick; And to my pleasure, a ukulele capo. 🥰 I love that there’s at least one place in town that I can buy some strings if I need new ones.💕 Also, I take my challenger here for oil changes sometimes and the music store inside has a cool little record selection—I think it’s a cool vibe opening up a music shop in here. I can’t get any strings in Alamo. Only other options are Cruces, El Paso, or Amazon which aren’t even options when you break a string and wanna play now.

“Fun guy—love him! He’s kind, cool, and funny. The only downside is that he doesn’t stay open later, but that’s okay. He does a fantastic job at fixing and restringing guitars. Highly recommend him!”
