Sold my husband a keybord floor display, no music rest, no paperwork. Went back to store to ask for paperwork, we were told to download off yamaha site. Told husband he was giving a discount and charged him more than was advertised on website. Also no music rest came with it and it was supposed to. I already put key stickers on it so I'm not wasting that money too. Would like all the parts we paid for. Customer service said they are not to sell floor displays. So he took full advantage of someone who was looking for guidance.. CAM M Life is more than just making a sale. It's about relationships that can make repeat customers. Update 12/23/25. It doesn't negate the facts but Jordan (manager) made everything right. Customer service may have been wrong about selling floor models. They do it

Music & Arts has an amazing selection of guitars to choose from as well as the equipment you may also need, such as amp, cables, tuners, pedals, etc. Employees have always been very kind and willing to answer questions one may have when browsing.
