★ 5 · erik robertsI have not had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If they don't have a product in stock, they are more than happy to order it in for you. The manager, Zach, here is just so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had no qualms dropping my horn off for a repair estimate, and look forward to getting it back in better condition it was left in. I highly recommend Music and Arts for all your music needs.

★ 1 · Heidi CaldwellI purchased a banjo here along with two gift cards for lessons, each card covering four lessons (eight lessons total). After the holidays, I called the store to schedule the lessons. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and created an account for me so the gift cards could be applied. I was told I needed to put a debit card on file in order to create the account. When I asked why, I was told it was required but that the card would not be charged. Fortunately, I provided a debit card linked to an account I don’t keep money in and have been meaning to close. After completing only three of my eight prepaid lessons, I started receiving notifications that Music & Arts was attempting to charge my card $136 multiple times. I tried calling the store repeatedly during business hours to

★ 3 · Ryley FayTook my guitar with a Floyd rose trem to get restrung. The person who helped me was very nice and helped me with everything. Unfortunately they had to send it away to Anderson to get it done but that was no problem. The only problem I have is that when I got it back. The action was so low that I physically cannot play any notes. Along with that, on the locking nut, one of the holes was stripped, that was no biggie though, I ordered a new one. Overall great people and very helpful experience. Just wouldn’t recommend bringing your guitar if it has a floyd rose.
