One of the worst experiences of my life. My Wife bought me music lessons in December 2024. I opened the certificate in May 2025 to find out it had “expired” in April 2025. How do music lessons “expire”? No mention of an expiration date during any correspondence and no mention of an expiration date on any of their flyers or advertisements. She just slapped it on the certificate AFTER she sold it and now wants to claim it as valid; chicanery. She offered me one free lesson after pulling this trick. $240 for one lesson? Shameless. After chasing her for months, she finally just refunded me $96 and is claiming it’s some sort of “special allowance” she’s somehow gifting me. I demanded a full refund, but she would only give me $96 and somehow claims it’s “40%” of a refund. No sense of customer
